This is a documentary on a man called ‘Stevo’ who works in Wellington as a parking warden/ security guard and goes home to Tuai, Te Uraweras four times per year. While in Tuai he hunts and fishes and the meat he brings back to city he trades for things like croissants from Pandoros, coffee bags from Havana and haircuts. As he is fond of saying ‘My people have been trading for 900 years’.
